Being a new company with zero clientele, the primary focus was to incentivize trial. As such, cash discounts were used as a strategy to win over new customers. With the promise of higher efficiency and reliability, Evercool lived up to their expectations and won customers' trust. The company progressively gained credibility and traction through word-of-mouth.
Over the years, Evercool earned itself the name of being a trustworthy and knowledgeable radiator servicing and repairing store. Later, the company managed to clinch distributorship from a Japanese radiator company with products of OE equivalent quality. We are a proud authorized distributor of Koyorad automotive radiators and condensers till date.
Following the business' expansion, the company was looking to upgrade its capacity. In 2014, Evercool added 2 distribution centers - one in Kaki Bukit and another in Northlink. The latter subsequently became the main office and service center when the industrial estate in Sin Ming was cleared. Evercool has come a long way since its humble beginnings.
